We recommend that all travelers are adequately
covered by medical, repatriation and travel insurance. We do not provide any kind
of travel or medical insurance coverage. If a member of the group falls sick or has
an accident we will get them to an adequate medical facility. In case of accidents
where evacuation is necessary, we will make all necessary arrangements. However in
both cases, we will not be responsible or liable for the expenses incurred. Please
be sure that you are adequately covered.

trip in the interest of security or to improve the service we provide our customers.
Odiseo Exploraciones S.A.C will take every precaution to carry out the itinerary as
stated. However Odiseo Exploraciones S.A.C will not be held legally responsible for
accidents, illnesses, personal losses, additional costs, delays or any other
irregularity that may occur due to companies sub-contracted by us to provide services
related to the completion of the itinerary; nor can we be held responsible for
natural disasters, social unrest or acts of God.
