 PRICES
Our prices are valid up until the end of the calendar year. Prices
vary depending on group size and special requirements, therefore please
contatct us for more detailed pricing information.
Discounts are available for larger groups.
RESERVATIONS
AND RECONFIRMATIONS
Once the client accepts our itinerary and price, will contact with us to book the reserve and we shall email the client, the available departure dates. Once the available dates are chosen by client,
we shall confirm the reservation by email. Booking request, should be made with at least 15 days in advance to the hike departure date and 10 days before this, the client must re-confirm the booking.
PAYMENTS
Our company requires payment of 50% of the total
price at accepted booking time, and the other 50% once the booking
is re-confirmed. The final invoice will be emitted it when payment
is completed or at client's arrival. Payments can be made through:
bank transfers or credit cards.
CANCELLATIONS
If bookings are cancelled within 30 days prior to departure date,
clients will receive a refound as follows:
 50% of total
price, if the cancellation is done from 30 to 11 days before programed
departure date. If cancellation is done afterwards, there will be
no refound. |
